Tootsie Roll Mousse

A smooth as silk, packed with flavor, and oh-so-spoonable Tootsie Roll Mousse! It’s so thick and creamy, yet somehow still has that classic chewy feel to it, even though it’s not chewy at all!

In a medium sauce pot add the sweetened condensed milk and all the unwrapped tootsie rolls, melt them together over medium heat, stirring constantly!

Mmm..spoonable Tootsie Rolls!

When it’s combined and smooth, let it cool, almost completely and gently fold in the Cool Whip! Don’t over mix it, a few streaks is fine!

Store in the fridge to keep cold..

Serve it in some cute bowls and top with some Cool Whip and a Tootsie Roll!
