Coconut French Toast with Malibu Rum Syrup

Sweet Hawaiian bread coated in toasted coconut, and dripping in creamy Malibu Rum syrup.

Ingredients

  • 4 whole Hawaiian Bread Rolls
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1 cup Sweetened Coconut
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 cup sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 Tablespoons Malibu Rum

Instructions

Servings 2

  1. Split your Rolls into 2 pieces
  2. In a bowl misx the milk and egg
  3. In a bowl add the coconut
  4. Dip each piece of bread into the egg and then into the coconut and onto a hot griddle..just like french toast! let them get an even tropical tan on both sides!
  5. Serve nice and warm, with a drizzle of the Rum Syrup!
