Scarlet Brownies

From the second your teeth sink into the thick & rich Buttermilk-Red Velvet Cream Cheese Frosting..and hit that moist & chewy Fudge Buttermilk Brownie, you’ll have no choice but to give in!

Ingredients

  • 1 box Fudgy Brownie Mix
  • 1 cup Special Dark Chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 1/2 box Red Velvet Cake Mix
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 block Cream Cheese

Instructions

  1. Bake the brownies according to their box instructions..replace the water with a 1/2 cup of Buttermilk…and add the chocolate chips to the batter.
  2. Bake at 350, until firm..
  3. While they’re baking, make the frosting:
  4. Add 1/2 cup buttermilk, Cream Cheese, powdered Sugar & Red Velvet Cake Mix into a food processor..and blend until thick and smooth! Remove the blade and stick your fingers into the bowl..just do it, trust me!
  5. When the brownies have cooled completely, slather them with a generous layer of the frosting..shut the blinds, and take a giant, sinful bite! ~Enjoy!
