This is the easiest macaroni & cheese recipe you’ll ever find.
- 1 cup macaroni, uncooked
- 2 cups milk
- 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 Tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a large oven-safe bowl with non-stick cooking spray. Put all of the ingredients into the bowl. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 45 minutes; stir about halfway through the baking.
After the 45 minutes, remove aluminum foil and stir again. Bake for additional 15 minutes, or until macaroni is tender.
*Double the recipe to serve a larger crowd.
