Cinnamon Roll Smoothie

Each thick and decadent sip of this smoothie leaves you feeling just as satisfied as biting into one of those giant, sticky rolls! The difference is, this smoothie packs a huge, hard to believe, nutritional punch!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 whole Banana
  • 1/2 cup Skim Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
  • 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Fat Free Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Vanilla Fat Free Yogurt

Instructions

Servings 2

Blend all the ingredients in a blender or food processor, and rim your glass with some cream cheese and a sprinkling of cinnamon sugar. Enjoy!
