Buffalo Chicken Wraps

I love the flavor of buffalo chicken anything. This is an easy recipe to make and transport if you want to take it for a picnic or party.  You can assemble it right before you leave or you can get all the ingredients ready, pack them up and assemble them when you get there.

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 2 cups buffalo wing sauce
  • 6 flour tortillas
  • 1 1/2 cup spinach leaves
  • 2 cups blue cheese dressing

Pour the 1 1/2 cups of the buffalo wing sauce over your chicken breasts and refrigerate overnight. Remove the chicken from the fridge and grill the breasts using the last 1/2 cup to baste the chicken breasts as they cook. When they are done cooking, let them cool before slicing into strips.

Lay each tortilla out flat and place 1/4 cup of spinach leaves on each. Divide the chicken strips up evenly between the tortillas and roll up. Place in a container for easy transporting. Dip in your favorite blue cheese dressing and enjoy! Serves 6.
