I am a firm believer in eating well balanced meals and being conscious of what I put in my body. But I also believe total deprivation of foods we love can backfire. For me small indulgences keep me from binging on yummy, but not so healthy foods.

The human brain requires 15-20 minutes to register that we are eating. Freezing your mini candy bar ensures that you will eat slowly giving your brain time to realize your craving is being satisfied. Frozen bars also prevent you from mindlessly popping one after another.
One mini candy bar averages around 30 calories and 1 gram of fat. Not too bad for a snack fix!
